The Woodpecker® PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCe program

Preventive maintenance is recommended to maintain peak operating condition; minimizing the possibility of expensive repairs at a later time.

What’s great about the Preventive Maintenance Program:

  • Provides additional 3-years of protection for the Woodpecker
  • The Woodpecker can be sent in up to 2-times per year
  • Covers all parts & labor for performing Preventive Maintenance Service including: complete tear-down and re-build of the Woodpecker, ultra-sonic cleaning, all o-rings are replaced, all moving parts are lubricated
  • Hose assembly is inspected, tested and cleaned
  • A Preventive Maintenance postcard reminder will be sent via US Mail 2-times per year.

Please note:
To thoroughly test the Woodpecker pneumatic broaching system, please send the Woodpecker and the hose assembly. Major part replacement or repairs to the Woodpecker, the hose assembly and other accessories are not covered under the Preventive Maintenance Program. Shipping & insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
